IT Analyst

For my client we are looking for an IT Analyst

The main purpose of the cluster based IT Analyst role is to support the Head of IT as a representative for the whole of IT, including the IT Service lines, functional Business Partnering and Innovation, with the cluster business teams.

Your role is to understand the key interfaces into Global IT Innovation, Service Lines & Service Operations within scope of responsibility and work effectively with these teams in the delivery of IT Services to the business.

As an IT Analyst you need to understand the plans for IT in your area of responsibility and you will participate in the achievement of these plans and effectively communicate these within business teams.

The focus points of the job are:
• You work closely with the business on all IT matters, being the single face of IT. Driving any (ad-

hoc) matters end to end from a business perspective.
• Your are responsible for service quality improvement activities in the Market Cluster. You drive

the relevant engagement with Service Lines and Geo IT Teams in order to achieve the

improvement targets committed to the business.

Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor or Master's degree
• You have at least 2 years work experience in a similar environment
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You have experience with Business Analysis, Quality Management, Project management and

Business Process Improvement
