IT Analyst

This position is responsible for providing ITSM support of critical business applications, that provide services to dealers, customers, and internal and external users. The individuals primary role will be as the Change Coordinator for all in scope applications. This individual may also share responsibilities for providing incident, problem, change, and service level management activities. The individual will also provide ongoing coordination, evaluation, and communication of application and infrastructure changes impacting in scope services. The individual will also be responsible for sharing 7x24 ITSM incident and change support of the in scope applications. There will be close interaction with application and infrastructure teams as well as other business units to maintain business service levels in accordance with the SLAs.

Minimum qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 year experience in IT Previous experience with ITSM incident, change, and problem management processes Good Analytical skills Strong customer focus Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills Strong initiative, communication, organization and planning skills Self-starter able to work independently with minimal direction. Able to handle challenging situations and have the ability to recognize when to escalate

Desired Qualifications:
ITSM Foundation Certified Familiarity with Infrastructure architecture Familiarity of Web Applications Familiarity of Software Development Processes.
