IT Agile Coach/Scrum/Lean

we are looking for a hands on IT Agile Coach. someone who is practical not just theoretical.

MAIN FOCUS OF HIS/HER ROLE WOULD BE TO TRAIN/COACH THE PRODUCT OWNERS TO BE ABLE TO PICK UP THEIR ROLE, HOW TO EXECUTE, HAVE A ROADMAP/STORY WALL SHOWING THE DELIVERY FOR NEXT QUARTER AND DEPENDENCIES, CREATE PRODUCT BACKLOG ETC

MUST ALSO HAVE:

- excellent social skills, great communicator;
- Creative, like to learn and experiment;
- Coaching, mentoring and training skills;
- Multiple years of experience with Agile and DevOps transformations;
- Proven track record in organizational change;
- Able to act at (senior) management level and proven experience with coaching both management and (DevOps) teams;
- Capable of involving stakeholders like internal partners and IT Suppliers;
- Strong analytical skills, willing to learn, willing to share knowledge with others;
- Of course you are passionate about Lean, Agile, Scrum and DevOps and possess deep knowledge about these;
