*update the hard- and software asset in our clients system for all IT systems
*create a maintenance schedule of weekly IT systems management (individiual updating and cleaning activities)
*weekly status and progress meeting via video call with global ICT-Operations Team
*create a configuration and maintenance manual for the computers in the production environment and windows based barcode printers
VORAUSSETZUNGEN:
must have:
*minimum of 5 years professional IT technical support experience
*Microsoft Windows computer skills for workstations
*Desktop - and laptop computer systems Networking skills for LAN cabling, WiFi switches and routers
*fluently in english and german
The project is constantly on site.
