IT ADMINISTRATOR needed for a Contract to Hire job opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Jose, CA.

- Administration of Switches and wireless infrastructure
- Linux Administration
- Maintain and support Server infrastructure

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Linux Administration for a start up company
- Networking Administration of Switches and wireless infrastructure
- Maintain and support Servers infrastructure
- Administration of hosted Email & Calendaring
- Maintenance and support for Firewall PA Networks and Fortenet
- VPN support for Xen Virtualization and Vmware
- Server Infrastructure maintenance of
- Bare Metal Servers
- Virtual Machine clusters (onsite & datacenter)
- Manage Wireless Network
- Basic Cloud infrastructure management (AWS)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong knowledge of Linux Administration with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Two to three (2 - 3) years experience with Switches and wireless infrastructure
- Administration of hosted email
- Good understanding of NAS Storage for onsite and datacenter
- Manage company LDAP for access control and accounts
- VPN experience with Xen or VMware or similar
- Experience with Wireless Networks
- Cloud Infrastructure experience with AWS
- Data Center support and maintenance
- Support of MS Office Suite experience, Office 365 is a plus
