My internationally recognised client who have designs to be the worlds largest company within its sector (currently number 2 on sales for 2013).
I am looking for a IT administrator on a 5 months part time assignment (18 hours per week) to work at their headquarters in Basel.
I require a EU passport holder and ideally someone who can speak fluent English and German.
Job requirements:
Installation, support and maintenance of the application (including its configuration or customization) Software and hardware installs, re-installs, upgrades, moves, changes and relocations made when necessary and as required Support of the server environment on which the application is running including monitoring uptime, upgrades, backups, integrity checks, etc., coordinating with other IT resources as necessary Troubleshooting and resolution of application incidents that cannot be handled by the Help Desk, coordinating with other internal and external parties as necessary Development and ongoing update of a knowledge database relating to support and maintenance issues Planning and implementing changes to the application as part of a structured release process (as approved by management)
