IT ADMINISTRATOR TUKWILA, WA

We are seeking an IT Administrator who will work to retrieve files and configure/convert to Excel files and FTP sites within our in-house end user groups. you'll assist with managing the helpdesk (customer sites), which includes specifically receiving information and dates from the remote sales team. you'll have plenty of support to help setup, manage, and customize the pricing Matrix. Other duties include troubleshooting with EDI.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- EDI (GenTran) is top priority and someone with prior experience is going to be a big plus.
- Must have intimate knowledge of MS Great Plains Dynamics.
- Must be familiar with MS Products, be able to follow instructions and communicate articulately.
- SQL
- Handle help desk tickets, such as printing issues (print boss experience helpful)
- New customer set-up
- Set up customized pricing within GP
- Upload/download from FTP interface
- Knowledge of GS1 and data synchronization, knowledge of Retail Link
