Our client, a magic circle Law Firm is urgently looking for an IT Administrator to join their IT team for an initial short term role (potential to extend) working within their IT department. As IT Administrator you will be taking over the IT invoicing process from the client's Procurement Team and will help with month end accrual process. IT Administrator will also resolve invoice issues as they arise and liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve and ensure invoices are paid on time. You will report into Head of Commercial Management and will work within the technical team.
IT Administrator skills required:
- Accounts payable experience
- Experience working in IT departments
- Ideally degree educated
- Happy to do general administration tasks
- Available within short notice
