For our pharmaceutical client we are currently looking for
IT administrative support/Coordinator
Start: ASAP
End: 19/05/2018
Location: Zug
Workload: 50%
Responsibilities:
You will be the first contact person for IT requirements/technical problems and will assign them to the right person.
- Coordinate with new starters, leavers, transfers
- Leavers - follow up on return of device ie Mobile phones and Ipads
- Ordering of new sim cards from Swisscom
- Subscription changes
- Sim cards for iPads
- Zug mobile phone SharePoint site updating
- Opening a ticket to add to Amgen Directory and raise Ticket for IS
- Swisscom bills-adding on tracker
- Invoice coding
- Invoice approvals
- Maintaining of Mobile phone/SIM cards on Tracker (SharePoint)
- Liaise with Finance on monthly bills sent to users as well as updating the Swisscom bill tracker
- Rental Stock-Tracking and setting up of devices and all other Equipment that is needed for App Development and Events ie Tablets phones and 3 D glasses
- Repair and exchange of damaged-iPhones and iPads
- Quotation/SOW
- Approval flow
- Invoice approvals
- Monitoring of budget
Skills needed:
- English/German fluent both
- Knowledge of IT is a must
- Able to communicate with Team Leaders, Managers and Executives ie All Levels
- Can do attitude
