WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CLINICAL TRIAL RECRUITMENT PROJECT LEADER (6 MONTHS) FOR A BIG PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

- Making sure the protocol includes standard of care in countries selected
- Understanding the patient flow/sample flow
- Identifying every actors in the patient flow, understanding their need and offering tailored support
- Decreasing the number of screening failures (specifically the number of positive screening failure)
- Constant improvement (lessons learned) therefore monitoring of initiatives impact & added value
- Increasing the experience in patient recruitment/retention to allow the ITx recruitment team to transfer knowledge to study teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- continue building a Patient Recruitment Strategy
- build and provide analysis, rationale and estimates of timelines and costs, including resources for each specific Study Recruitment Strategy.
- will be responsible for the delivery on time, in budget and with quality of a Patient Recruitment Strategy and derived recruitment tactics. She/he will be the point of reference for planning, feasibility and delivery of the assigned initiatives from beginning to end. She/he will
- will be responsible for the coordination and leadership of cross-functional team input into Clinical Development Plan/Study specific recruitment strategy.
- will be responsible to continue the creation of the Patient recruitment Platform to guarantee capitalization of learnings, best practices and data.
- will manage a team of RPM (Recruitment Project Managers), 3 to 6, and is accountable for providing direction and oversight, as well as people development and talent management.
- will also be responsible to create, shape, deploy and develop the Local Patient Recruitment Network.

PREREQUISITES

Education:

1. Minimum Level of Education: University Scientific Degree ( Area of Specialisation: General Science or Life Science Degree)

2. Preferred Level of Education Master Degree or Ph. D.

Certification/Qualification in project management- Strong project management skills is required ( Area of Specialisation: Pharmacy, Chemistry, Bio Engineer, Biology, Biomedical Science)

Knowledge: Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required

- 12 years of significant experience in managing clinical development projects. An excellent understanding of therapeutic drug/vaccine development ideally in Oncology.
