ISP/OSP Specialist Junior (Portsmouth) - Security Clearance Job

ISP/OSP CABLE TECH, JR. needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Portsmouth, VA.

POSSESSION OF AN ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- MUST have an active Security clearance
- Must have industry certification: Certifications: A+ Cert, Network+ Cert, CNNA Cert, MTA or MCTS Cert
- Experienced with installation, repair and maintenance of copper/fiber optic cabling
- Demonstrate understanding of TIA/EIA standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Under general supervision, Install, repair and maintenance of copper/fiber optic cabling
- Provide connectivity to existing network and Legacy network
- Provide field services and infrastructure support for ship and barge moves with in shipyard/buildings and spaces.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Certifications: A+ Cert, Network+ Cert, CNNA Cert, MTA or MCTS Cert.
- Active Secret clearance
- Four to nine (4-9) years of related experience in information systems.
