ISIT Communication Specialist

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

ISIT COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

to support the development and delivery of our client's communications activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- WRITE REGULAR ARTICLES/STORIES for the different internal communication channels (Intranet, newsletter, blog);
- Support the development of our monthly newsletter (CONTENT AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT);
- DESIGN POSTERS AND OTHER VISUAL MATERIAL for events and ongoing activities;
- Support the planning, organisation and delivery of FACE-TO-FACE EVENTS FOR EMPLOYEES;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of NEW COMMUNICATIONS APPROACHES (ie podcasts, videos)
- Assist with the measurement and evaluation of COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES VS OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- EXCELLENT WRITING, EDITING AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH.
- Ability to effectively use current and emerging communications technologies, INCLUDING SHAREPOINT, NEWSLETTER DESIGN SOFTWARE (PHOTOSHOP).
- Ability to work and COORDINATE WITH 3RD PARTIES such as external agencies.
- Excellent business communication skills, ideally with some experience working on ISIT projects.
- STRONG PROJECT AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS as well as ability to manage multiple demanding initiatives concurrently and balance multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and quality.

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2015 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
