6 month fixed term contract which the possibility of going permanent
£18,000 pro rota + S/A of £11k + £4K bonuses (based upon productivity, attendance, holiday and sickness)

My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced iseries support engineer to provide both internal and external support to their customers. This will consist of logging incidents and requests, managing, progressing and resolving issues where possible otherwise escalating them to 2nd Line Support where necessary. You will also be required to visit a couple of different client sites to provide coverage onsite, this is an excellent opportunity to get out of the office and provide great customer service face to face whilst meeting new people!

They are looking for an individual who will stand out and make a difference and who is also outgoing whilst possessing the technical and customer service skills also.

You will be part of a team of Shift Workers, covering 24x7 on a 12 hour shift rota. You will be required to work all year round on the basis of 4 days on and 4 days off, both day and night from 7am - 7pm.

In order to be considered this role you are required to have the following:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* iSeries experience
* High level of Customer Service
* Previous experience in a similar role
* An ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential
