ISDA - Stock loan and Repo Negotiator

One of our large Investment Banking Clients is currently looking for an experienced ISDA - Stock loan and Repo negotiator, the Core focus will be on OTC documentation.

*Senior ISDA, Stock loan and Repo negotiator required for initial 3 - 6 month period to join the EMEA legal department. Exposure to other related agreement types (such as collateral management & triparty agreements) would be advantageous. Core focus will be on OTC documentation.
*Familiarity with industry standard documentation, negotiation process and dealing with broad range of clients (including hedge funds, pension funds and insurance companies in multiple locations)
*Must understand netting, collateral enforceability and diligence issues
*Must be capable of managing a diverse portfolio, managing priorities effectively and dealing with internal stakeholders (eg, Credit, the Front Office, Treasury and Risk)
*Candidates will be expected to demonstrate current and relevant experience and market knowledge during interview
*At least 5 years' experience required and capability to provide direction to more junior members of the team
*Qualified lawyer preferred
