Based in their London office, a banking client we work closely with are looking for an experienced ISDA and CSA negotiator to join their Legal Department 2-3 days a week and assist with the review and documentation of various derivative market transactional documents, such as ISDA Master Agreements, CSA'S, CSD's and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with the draft, review and negotiating of various derivative market documents such as ISDA, CSA, CSD and Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Assisting with the review of jurisdictional legal opinions and relevant legislation
- Assisting with department administrative duties including relevant data systems
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years' experience of ISDA and CSA negotiations in financial institution or law firm
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, such as EMIR and Dodd Frank
- Strong team player that can work independently when required
