IS User Support Person, JIRA Experience Mandatory

An exciting opportunity is currently available in Luxembourg or Brussels for an English speaking IS USER SUPPORT PERSON. This position is located in the public sector with a European institution.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems
- Follow-up of incidents and organisation of the reporting
- Follow-up of user requests
- Follow-up of bug reports

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Proven knowledge in IT end user assistance and support
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
- Excellent communication/writing skills
- Capability of integration international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
- Able to use the office automation tools used in the Commission (Microsoft Office)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- University degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT user support
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ITIL.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with JIRA.

This position is offered as a CDI contract or a freelance contract.
