IS/IT Contract Support and Procurement Co-ordinator - Switzerland.
Our client is currently looking for a contract Co-ordinator from an IS/IT background to help support Vendor delivery services teams in contract management. You will be in charge of managing contracts and service agreements on a daily basis and implementing an internal Contract Lifecycle management tool in direct collaboration with IS/IT Procurement.
You will be responsible for matching invoices against Purchase Orders for the required services and ensuring all documentation is up to date in line with contract requirements. Previous experience working within an IT procurement department is essential.
This is a contract specialist position at an administrative and operational level and you will not be required to define or negotiate the contract terms.
Fluency in English and French is required.
