Change and Release Co-ordinator - ITIL - Switzerland.
Our client is looking for change and release Co-ordinator to support and the IS/IT team by providing the planning, co-ordination, communication and documentation of all IT application changes.
You will ensure that all checks and approvals are applied to IT changes before they are transferred to the build phase as well as the quality of the releases through a managed rollout of new software versions.
You will be responsible for the change and release management activities to meet requestors' requirements, SLA commitments and schedule.
Prior experience of working within a change and release IS/IT environment is essential with ITIL Change and Release Management module certification a strong plus.
Fluent English and French language skills are essential.
