IS Consultant with Process Design/ISO 9001/Quality Management System k

A new exciting opportunity is available in Alicante for an ENGLISH-SPEAKING IS CONSULTANT WITH PROCESS DESIGN, ISO9001, PROCESS MAPPING/MEASURING AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will be working in the Governance Service Department of our client and in particular in the Quality Assurance section on process design support.

FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - TASKS:

- Advice on quality matters;
- Assistance and coaching to PMO on quality matters;
- Create awareness, promote and implement continuous improvement;
- Assistance in ISO certifications and in particular support in implementing corrective actions after each ISO 9001 audit and support for integration with other systems (eg ISO 27001);
- Assistance in and support for all activities related to the Quality Management System (process mapping support, reviews of any process of the Office, linking performance indicators to processes, measuring processes (not an exhaustive list);
- Identify, define and implement horizontal IT processes;
- Coaching on quality management (eg conduct ISO 9001 audits). Training on process mapping methodology and reviewing of processes;
- Carrying out quality controls and process quality assessments in the relevant subject;
- Assist in monitoring, communication, training and coaching.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

- Fluent English;
- Any other European language is an asset. Spanish skills are not required.

This position is offered as a freelance contract (autonomo). The initial duration is 8-9 months, but an extension is very likely. Remote work is not possible - candidates need to move to Alicante and be present 5 days/week, Monday-Friday.
