IS Compliance Specialist

Tasks:

- Implementation status/action plans are reported in corresponding dashboard, controls are in place
- Training material on compliance, templates and procedures are provided, maintained and enhanced
- On demand coaching/training to stakeholders in HQ, PCs and Markets is provided
- Contribution to compliance content development and maintenance
- Assist the Change and Compliance Manager with key IS process documenting (Wiki)
- Assist the Change and Compliance Manager with IS risk management preparation/follow-up
- Assist the Change and Compliance Manager with controls and audits preparation/follow-up

Requirements:

- ES or BSc degree in Computer Science or IT related field of study
- 3-4 years of experience, including 1-2 in customer service, help desk, project management, audit or similar stakeholder intensive environment
- Quality related experience or mindset
- CobiT, ISO 27k, ITIL certification or demonstrated experience a plus
- English fluent (spoken and written)
- Understanding of IS compliance standards, processes, controls and audits
- Knowledge and contact with local entities (eg Markets, LGOs) for legal, risk, controls and audits
- Support and assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to achieve alignment and close potential gaps
