IS/AUDIT ANALYST

MY CLIENT, A LEADING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY BASED IN GUILDFORD IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED IS/AUDIT ANALYST TO JOIN THEIR TEAM FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS WITH POTENTIAL FOR EXTENSION. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WORKING MONDAY - FRIDAY, 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

- Deliver the Audit Process
- Peer review the Audit Proposal and write up the audit plan (with input from key stakeholders)
- Identify the data sources required
- Collate, integrate and analyse the data sources
- Review findings with team
- Make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
- Written report at audit cycle closure
- Support the Project Documentation
- Validation Plan for Disclosure Reporting
- Systems Documentation Review and gap analysis, and support to fill the gap
- Pro-actively and systematically audit areas of risk between systems until such a time as manual intervention is removed ie current internal system to SAP and Vice Versa.

KEY SKILLS NEEDED:

- Data Manipulation & Analysis (in excel, across different systems)
- Technical Documentation and report writing
- Understanding of Systems Validation processes
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand complex systems
- Finance Experience

EXPERIENCES:

- Likely to have worked in a regulated environment
- Audit of IS and/or compliance systems including recommendations/report writing
- Documentation of processes
- Reporting of system requirements for third party system suppliers
