For our international end client we are looking for a IRM Analyst

The methodical investigation, analysis and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, and the information they use. The definition of requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems. The creation of viable specifications in preparation for the construction of information systems.

Generic IT, Analytical thinking, Information Acquisition, Gap Analysis,Good Oral Expression, Able to Interact well with others, Familiar with functional business models, statistical process control, Information Modeling Tools, Information usage model, entity model, Familiar with Corporate Industry and Professional Standards ITIL, Familiar with business proposals, Broad knowledge of business functions, Good communication and persuasive skills, Proficient in presentation techniques and business characteristics.

Roles and Responsibilities
o To help the organization achieve IRM compliancy in the area of developer rights (unlocked PCs and accounts)
o To manage and review incoming requests from staff around the globe for developer rights
o To administer the Developer Rights policy by intelligently challenging requests and providing suitable alternatives to requestors when applicable.
o Ensuring alternative solutions get implemented timely
o To provide great customer service

Technical Skills and Experience
MANDATORY:
o Investigative and analytical skills required to properly evaluate incoming requests for developer rights.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to elicit details and clarify requirements from requestors
o Excellent customer service skills required which includes the timely handling of incoming requests and providing clear communication and guidance to requestors.
o Strong influencing and persuasion skills needed to get requestors to concur with choosing alternative methods to developer rights
o Recognizes the need for continual improvement in processes and acts to achieve it.
o Working knowledge of application development and installation on Windows 7 and Vista to evaluate business requests.
o Experience working in global and virtual teams
