Projektbeschreibung
Specific tasks will include:
- Analysing the customer complaints with regards to IRHPs or FRLs. This includes reviewing correspondence such as letters, emails, telephone calls and documents contained on the Bank's file, to assess the economic impact of any transactions executed by the customer as well as the history of the customer's relationship with the Bank.
- Working with traders, salespeople and the bank's legal department to conduct a thorough investigation of the sale of IRHPs and FRLs.
- Working with traders to structure and price-up potential redress options and to increase efficiencies in the pricing process wherever possible.
- Presenting all information held on file regarding a complaint case in a clear and concise manner to a panel of senior stakeholders within the bank.
- Act as the Bank's primary point of contact throughout the life cycle of a complaint and remain ready to support any of the Bank's departments with any interests in the case, eg Litigation, Relationship Team etc.
The future employees key accountabilities for this role is to ensure that all Complaints cases presented to the Bank are investigated thoroughly and fairly to both Bank and customer in a timely fashion.
