IPTV TECHNICAL/BUSINESS ANALYST
My client is searching for an IPTV Technical Analyst to join their fast growing team. The role is a 6 month contract, providing the essential link between the Technical and Business sides of the company.
The Role:
- Validate business requirements with clients.
- Review design documentation to ensure a solution to fully meet the client's needs.
- Support Architects and Project managers in updating technical design documentation.
- Assist with monitoring and reviewing of service issues.
- Understand short term requirements and long term strategic roadmap.
- Liaise with technical teams, PM's and key stakeholders to clarify requirements, and set expectations for the delivering of the solution.
Candidate Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT, Network and Telco industry technologies.
- Good awareness and understanding of wider business processes (eg Revenue Assurance, Operational Support and Service Monitoring.)
- Adaptability to new technical challenges.
- 5+ years Telco or TV industry experience and expertise in Business/Technical Requirements Analysis
- Experience with the following areas is preferred but not essential- Software Development (testing), technical TV service deliver, Set Top Box app Delivery and web design.
