IPTV Project Manager

You will be part of the Software Service Team and will carry out the following type of activities:

Project Delivery:
*Manage the team to perform the contracted E2E IPTV solution.
*Based on the contract project scope, provide clear and detailed project plan.
*Manage the communication with customer for the project.
*Proven track record in managing team with respect to timelines.
*Where required, develop and drive quality improvement plans for the project.

Service sales:
*Support the IPTV bidding project from service point of view. Including project delivery, operation, innovation etc.
*Making the service proposal according to customer requirement and our service catalogue.
*Negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers to make the unified proposal.
*Based on the situations at the locations and the requirements of our customer, identify opportunities to deliver add-on services.

English is mandatory, Dutch is optional

Needs to be able to drive by car to various locations within the Netherlands on a regular basis.

Technical dimension
*10+ years of experience in Telecommunications Industry (Carrier or Vendor).
*5+ years proven project management experience is required.
*3+ years of experience in IPTV, OTT domain is required.
*Have the knowledge of the IPTV Middleware (eg Microsoft Mediaroom Middleware) solution or multicast Video technology.
*Manage the system Integration skills with external interfaces around IPTV solution, eg IT/OSS system, Head end system, STB.
*Strong communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
*Leadership abilities and be achievement oriented.
*Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration adaptability and initiative.
*Eager to learn Huawei products and technologies.
*Experience with the Netherlands telecommunication network is very much appreciated
*Experience in coaching and staff development is appreciated.
