IPTV - Digital - Development Expert

My client is a leading global technology organisation who are seeking to hire an IPTV - Digital expert to work on a 12 month contract in Dubai.

The successful candidate will possess the following technical criteria and will have worked for different global organisations across the MENA region.

- MULTIPURPOSE MEDIA GATEWAYS

C++, Embedded Linux, DVB, MPEG, SNMP, IPTV, ARM, GCC, Scripting,

- Developed SNMP components for the Multi Dweller Media Gateway Product.
- This product operates as a DVB TV head-end, an IPTV head-end, a modern termination system, a VOIP bridge or any combination of all four.
- Enhanced and developed the Make system for the Multi Dweller Product
- HD/SD PVR STBS, HYBRID TERRESTRIAL & IPTV STB, WITH BBC IPLAYER, VOD, ..ETC.

C++, Embedded Linux, DVB, MPEG, IPTV, ARM, GCC, Scripting,

- Develop HAL software to enable Middleware to run on a Broadcom hardware target
- Integrate an abstraction layer designed to migrate an ap0plication and propriety DTV Stack to run on top of the Broadcom Software Stack (Nexus, Magnum)
- Design and implement change requests on various applications software and EPG/Graphical software modules on the various companies High Definition DTV - 2008 protocol stack. Carryout various bug analysis and fixes. Work very closely with the development teams in the MENA region.
- Delivery of Integration Project as a principle team-lead of Pace-Multichoice SD MPEG-4 Set-Box to the specified level of functionality and quality.
