Projektbeschreibung
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the IP telephony/Legacy systems interface
* Manage daily administration of all IP telephony infrastructure
* Provide relevant reporting
* Oversee and ensure availability, scalability and resilience of Enterprise Voice Over IP (VoIP) infrastructure
* Ensure best practice in designs and site deployment plans/processes
* Document IP telephony network elements and devices
* Interface with IPMPLS teams for end to end support
* Provide technical support for IP Telephony issues
* Manage all incidents to resolution and document attendant problem tickets
* Manage PBX to VoIP cutovers
* Manage Installation of voice modules voice modules: desk phones, call manager, gatekeepers etc.
* Identify voice network and performance issues using system monitoring tools.
* Develop policies, procedures, reporting and documentation for voice system solutions and services
* Manage the implementation and upgrades across multiple Call Manager Clusters globally.
* Cisco Phone Maintenance
* Assist with the production and maintenance of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity documentation and test plans.
* troubleshooting and timely resolution of faults on the aforementioned technologies.
* Integration and experience with third party applications such as MICROSOFT LYNC essential.

* Third party applications such as Cisco Unified Applications Environment (CUAE), Click to dial
* Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise
* ICM
* CVP
* Verint Voice Recording
* Time of Day Routing via CUCCX.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years experience with IP switched/Router/based networks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead projects assigned
Knowledge of IP Addressing and subnetting, routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
Installation/troubleshooting experience of Cisco H.323 IOS voice gateways, PRI circuits, H.323 Dial peers is preferred
Advanced installation/troubleshooting experience of Cisco hardware/OS software, including 38xx, 39XX, 29XX and 28xx series Routers, 65xx, 45XX, 37xx layer2/3 Switches and VG224, VG202 analog gateways
Advanced Cisco certification is highly desired
3+ years of deployment/troubleshooting experience with Cisco IOS MGCP gateways
