IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Management of the IPMS systems and monitoring the processes of IPMS
-Planning, coordination, monitoring, documentation and implementation of system changes and release changes
-Application support (2nd level support) for the IPMS application
-Coordination of support cases and identification of technical faults
-Maintenance of the AHD knowledge base and the operating concept
-System operation of IPMS under the service agreements (SLAs), as well as the standard operating procedure (SOP)
-IT technical support of the system landscape of IPMS with focus on SQL databases
-Processing of tickets and communication in German and English
-Technical IPMS tasks in cooperation with the power users and, if necessary, the 3rd Level Support
-Analysis and identification of tasks which can be transferred from 2nd Level Support to the 1st Level Support (including documentation in the AHD knowledge base)
-Ensuring the monitoring of network, server, performance, etc.
-Ensuring that disk space, server and network problems etc. are not escalated by GV/WI, but by application support
-Maximum degree of responsibility, especially in compliance with the standard

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in working with Microsoft Server 2012
-Basic knowledge of Windows file systems
-Excellent SQL and SQL Server skills
-Excellent knowledge of Windows 7 operating system and software installations
-Ability to communicate in German and English
-Infrastructure, database and interface expertise regarding applications
-Experience with heterogeneous system landscapes
-Excellent ITIL process expertise
-Experience coordinating between various parties
-Experience with the analysis of incidents involving program malfunctions
-Moderation skills in meetings
-Willingness and ability with respect to transparent documentation (e.g. creation and updating of user manuals or technical documentation)
-Excellent command of English
