IP Licensing Specialist V Job

IP LICENSING SPECIALIST V needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in RENTON, WA

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Leads the development of intellectual property licensing opportunities in automotive, telecommunications, or additive manufacturing, integrating business objectives and market strategies with significant or strategic intellectual property licensing prospects.
- Analyzes markets, technology trends, and requirements of customers to develop licensing opportunities. Conducts intellectual property valuation, prepares and examines pricing information to develop and execute successfully license negotiations with both domestic and international customers.
- Responsible for management of licensing activities and oversight of cross-functional resolution of licensing issues, including providing guidance on the technical content required to propose licensing opportunities.
- Formulates licensing arrangements to maximize the value of the intellectual property in strategic business relationships.
- Develops and implements business negotiation strategies for licensing opportunities and provides consultation and guidance in preparing license agreements to successfully and appropriately allow the use of intellectual property.
- Oversees the relationships with all stakeholders to resolve matters related to performance of licensees.
- Manages the relationships between the company and the licensee, oversees and monitors related administrative activity.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree
- 14 (Fourteen) years of experience
