My client, an exciting new social media client, are looking to add another iOS Developer to their team, at a middleweight level (with some good app experience but won't need to act as the lead).

Essential Experience:

Solid grounding in software engineering: use of patterns, unit testing, agile methodologies, teamwork and collaboration, code reviews
Several up to date apps in the App Store, potentially as part of a team, that can provide evidence of quality and iOS knowledge
Evidence of smartness: CS or similar degree from a good university, contributions to open source projects, impressive personal portfolio, or something else that convinces us.
