My client has just contacted me looking for a BUSINESS AND SYSTEMS ANALYST to cover Matrenity Leave for their office in NAVAN, CO MEATH. Below is an outline of the role for you to asses. Role Overview
You will be responsible for Gathering, documenting, agreeing and organising sign-off of business requirements as well as Investigate and Analyse operational requirements and problems.
You will also be responsible for Systems Analysis/Testing and will be required to produce re-usable test scripts and procedures (with expected results) to test new and amended software to be executed by self and other staff. You must also produce regression test plans to test the effect of the new and changed software on existing systems. Lastly, you should be able to adequately documents testing errors for third party software suppliers.
KEY SKILLS
- Typically at least 8 years related commercial experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to run small scale or sub-projects which are technology driven and have met business requirements.
- Educated to degree level, with relevant vocational qualifications in System Testing and Business Analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in implementing technological solutions for enhancing business processes
- The role requires conceptual thinking and working from first principles and requires a right first time attitude.
- Problem solving, decision making and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent relationship management and people management and Project management skills.
