iOS Automation Quality Engineer - iPhone/iPad/Ruby on Rails/Jenkins/Quality Assurance/Test/UI

PSD Group are recruiting for an iOS Automation Quality Engineer for a contract opportunity in France to join a mobile applications development team for a major Network Operator.

Responsibilities:

- This candidate will have the development experience to maintain test framework, improve it and modify where necessary as well as write scripts.
- To implement automated tests for UI on android/iOS platform by using existing custom made framework (Ruby on Rails, Java knowledge needed, iOS development reuquired as well).
- Work closely with Quality Engineers doing QA activities for clients, to know what each request means, to be able to make as mature tests as possible
- Implement not only functional tests, but non-functional and think on possible improvements in existing tests and test framework.
- On daily basis track down nightly test progress, understand all failed cases and fix either tests or raise client issues on basis of failed tests.
- Integrate test projects into Jenkins framework, improve code coverage and device coverage for tests.
- Report progress of test automation to QA Manager (+ prepare some convinient approach to show test results for non-technical (but very interested) team members).
