IOS Application Developer

The contractor will be developing features for the security SDK for iOS platforms and modifying the existing sample application to verify the additional use cases. The contractor will focus on the integration process of the development cycle working with other teams to help validate, resolve issues and work with the teams on resolving reported issues.

EDUCATION

- MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and at least 7 years' experience.

SKILLS:

MUST HAVES

- Minimum of 3 years of iOS application development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Objective-C with Xcode
- Minimum of 7 years totally in iOS/Mac OS/Unix/Linux
- Multi-threaded programming experience
- Web-based application development using the HTTP/HTML protocols
- Experience in multimedia (audio/video) applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing and able to travel as required.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience in MPEG-2 transport stream and MPEG4 container formats
- Experience in secure socket layer (SSL) programming
- Experience in the following protocols: HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) and DLNA transport and link protection protocols
- Socket and TCP/IP programming
