The perfect candidate will have the following experience: The client is adding a video component to their mobile application. This is new and being released soon to the public. The need here is for someone with mobile and video experience who can `view` the video component across their network to operationalize it. This means tracking and measuring the performance of the video component, how is the video being delivered to the public, what does it look like, measuring and establishing performance metrics, etc. Ideal resource has mobility background WebRTC (web real time communications-an API to enable browser to browser applications for voice calling, video chat, and other P2P file sharing w/plug ins), knows live video delivery and/or has a video performance background, has a technical and operational background. This is for both iOS and Android.
