Allegis Group Services, a part of Allegis Group, is looking to hire an Invoicing Associate (6 month contract) in Bracknell.

The Invoicing Associate will report to the Invoicing Manager EMEA and become part of our growing invoicing team supporting all our EMEA based clients. The Invoicing Associate is responsible for supporting the invoicing, payment reconciliation and accounts receivable functions for our EMEA programmes. They provide invoicing administration support to our program managers by leveraging our tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate invoices using technology supporting each programme
- Summarise consolidated invoices and prepare for monthly accounting processes.
- Receive and reconcile customer payments
- Prepare supplier payment distributions and enter payments onto the relevant systems
- Manage accounts receivable aging and perform collection responsibilities where necessary
- Update and maintain supplier payment logs and Accounts Receivable trackers
- Administer, audit, and reconcile all tax related processes and issues
- Respond to supplier inquiries about payment for services provided
- Ad hoc project tasks to support the Invoicing Manager and Lead Invoice Analyst
- Work on payment queries to ensure the AGS fees and supplier payments are accurate and on time

We are looking for someone with:

- Degree level education (accounting, business etc) or equivalent business experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to solve problems and present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management
- Ability to understand and administer MS Excel templates for invoicing solutions
- Attention to detail and passion for quality
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Aptitude for picking up new systems quickly
