I am currently looking for an Investment Sales Review Analyst to work on an initial 7 month contract with the chance of it being extended, the role is looking over a number of case to review potential MIS-selling. Must have a strong knowledge of the FCA/FSA and at least QCF lv4 and RDR compliant.
Essential Experience:
- A knowledge of the sales process
- Knowledge of FCA COBS suitability rules
- A vast knowledge of the financial services market especially the advice process and documentation
- Happy communicating with all levels of stakeholders, colleagues and customers
- Have the ability to produce letter templates.
- Ideally have some line management or project management experience
- Minimum FPC qualified
