Investment Product Sales Consultant - Inbound/Outbound (S20)

CBD LOCATION - START ASAP - $350 PER DAY -INVESTMENT PRODUCT SALES CONSULTANT (S20)

Our client is true market leader in the Financial Services Industry. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a INVESTMENT PRODUCT Sales Consultant to join their professional, dedicated team based in the CBD.

As an INVESTMENT PRODUCT SALES CONSULTANT you will be responsible for new customer acquisition and cross sell of investment solutions to existing customers. Sales will be primarily via outbound calls to qualified leads but will also include inbound calls, emails, seminars and events.

This will include:

- New Customer Acquisition, Outbound calls to leads and online enquiries to convert enquiries into sales
- Follow up calls to customers who have applied or are already in the sales pipeline to help them complete their application and open the account
- Welcome calls or activation calls to new customers to help them start trading, fund their account or draw down their loan
- Inbound calls and emails from customers enquiring about our investment products

Cross Sell of Investment Products Offering integrated settlement accounts or other product solutions when assisting new customers open their primary product - Inbound calls and emails in response to cross sell campaigns
- Sales Events, attending existing customer events, acquisition seminars or industry events such as Expos to sell our product solutions

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- 12 MONTHS+ EXPERIENCE IN A DIRECT SALES ROLE
- High level of tenacity in driving activity to achieve targets
- EXPERIENCE IN INVESTMENTS/EQUITIES OR WEALTH PRODUCTS WOULD BE HIGHLY REGARDED
- Understanding of online trading  products /financial markets would also be highly regarded  
- Strong organisational ability, preferably with experience in project management
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
