Investment Operations Analyst - Confirmations

We require an enthusiastic investment operations analyst to work within a Back Office confirmations team.

Primary responsibilities:
To ensure timely and accurate settlement of post trade executions for equity and Fixed Income instruments. Monitoring associated systems, in support of the confirmation process. Daily reporting to internal and external clients.

Key skills:

- 1-3 years experience working in an investment Operations Back Office area (confirmations, compliance, setlements etc)
- Understanding of global markets and settlement cycles referrably withing Equity and Fixed Income
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to grasp new technologies quickly and understand operational processes.
- Professional approach; can handle pressured environment.

You will receive full training on a variety of investment systems and gain valuable insight to the fund operations area.

The role would ideally suit a post graduate with 1-3 years investment operations experience.

Initially a 3 month contract but with high potential for extension and possible conversion to permanent.
