The goal of the team is to help their clients improve alpha, improve efficiency and enable strong controls through a combination of custom development and series of proprietary products.

Business analysts typically gather and analyze business requirements to a level of detail that is differentiating and unique. Both process-oriented and quantitatively literate, they are involved in all aspects of requirement analysis, application design and system testing. We are looking for Business Analysts with the right mix of skills and experience to contribute to our business analyst group.

With 5-8 years of experience in the investment banking arena, you will possess the tenacity, intellectual ability and physical stamina to succeed as a business analyst.

Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with Front/Middle/Back office clients
* Leverage prior experience/expertise and knowledgebase to advise clients on specific problems with creative solutions
* Motivated and committed to succeed in tightly knit/globally distributed teams to meet tight deadlines from functionally demanding clients
* Develop a thorough understanding of the investment banking industry and generate ideas to grow client footprint/new product ideas

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications
* 5-8 years of experience at a top tier investment banking firm
* Working knowledge of the wealth management or financial advisory sectors, including major systems, key platform concepts and applications used
* Thorough understanding of the whole software development life cycle (SDLC)
