Investment Banking Project Manager (French Speaking) (Change) is urgently required to change manage a centralisation of investment banking front and Back Office systems from 2 geographical regions to 1. The Investment Banking Project Manager (French Speaking) (Change) must have previous experience in similar change or transformation projects.

As Investment Banking Project Manager (French Speaking) (Change), you will be responsible for and must be able to demonstrate experience in the following key areas: analysis of the incumbent systems and the implications of moving them to the centralisation point. This encompasses legal implications, procedural & operational issues, staff training on new systems and processes, being aware and sensitive to different cultures, liaising with management who may be protective of the systems that the Investment Banking Project Manager (French Speaking) (Change) is charged with replacing and centralising.

The Investment Banking Project Manager (French Speaking) (Change) must have great people management skills and demonstrate an end to end, hands-on approach. System knowledge is less important than business and departmental knowledge and sensitivity. The Investment Banking Project Manager (French Speaking) (Change) must be able to devise a brilliant project plan, stay on top of reporting and work in a structured manner with no fear of admin. This is not a technical project management role.
