Investment Banking PMO Lead (Dutch Speaker)

INVESTMENT BANKING PMO LEAD (DUTCH SPEAKER):

Investment Banking PMO Lead (Dutch speaker) is urgently required for a long-term project in the Netherlands' investment banking industry. First contract will be till the end of the year with high probability of extension on a 12 month rolling basis.

The Investment Banking PMO Lead (Dutch speaker) will be responsible for:

- PMO office with a staff of two PMO's to support Project Management Team of 4 Project managers and Test manager. Manage reporting cycles, plan- and staff meetings.
- Configuration & file management (SharePoint)
- Meetings & RIADD Log (Risks, Issues, Actions, Dependencies and Decisions)
- Planning & budgeting
- Resource management
- Progress measuring
- Dashboards and reporting

Furthermore the Investment Banking PMO Lead (Dutch speaker) will provide support in the execution of the communication and quality plans and coordinate stakeholder meetings Secretarial activities will also be part of the tasks. Within this role we require a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Experience in the investment banking/investment management is a bonus.

THE INVESTMENT BANKING PMO LEAD (DUTCH SPEAKER) must have the following skills/experience:

- Minimal 3 years PMO experience within large IT projects in complex environments
- Prince 2 foundation
- Advanced MS Project skills
- Basic SharePoint knowledge
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Advanced PowerPoint knowledge
