Investment Banking Operations Leader

Key Skills;
Fluent German
- On-shore operations delivery (reference data managed services) - securities set up, pricing and corporate actions
- On-shore operations team leadership (team of about 20+)
- Ability to deliver services per SLA; base lining of SLAs per contract
- Point of contact for client's internal business units for issue resolution (to collaborate with offshore teams and Operations Lead)
- Identify critical roles across locations; develop robust succession plan; ensure knowledge transfer within timelines
- Proactively identify issues and challenges - business, process, people related; collaborate with other teams for resolution
- To plan future on-shore delivery roadmap with Operations Lead and offshore teams
- Identify critical resources for testing, etc, plan for effective delivery between Target operating model operations and transformation
- Global Operations Leadership/Management team Process/track managers group for transition governance and control

Required expertise;
- Germanexcellent social skills
- 12-15 years of experience in capital market, investment banking, wealth management domain; with specific experience in reference data (5-7 years)
- Experience in working with third party service providers desirable
- Experience in Straight through processing initiatives in reference data domain will be of great advantage
- Hands on knowledge of data vendors - Bloomberg, SIX Telekurs, FTID, Reuters required
