My client, one of the largest financial services firms, is looking to bring onboard a Senior Business Analyst to manage a team of 10-15 Business Analysts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the market leader in financial services in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities
* Manage BA's to clearly articulate business requirements and ensure tasks are being met in a timely fashion
* Use knowledge of industry accounting platforms to assist and guide business in the requirement definition and implementation process
* Work with business to extrapolate and refine requirements and provide leadership in the decision making process
* Practical experiences in the entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the accounting application

Qualifications
* Extensive Business Analyst experience, particularly in a managerial capacity
* Fund, Insurance, or Investment accounting exposure
* Knowledge of SQL queries using TOAD and VISIO

* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Analytical thought process to creatively question/suggest alternatives
