An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Investment Administrator to join our client, a leading financial services company based in Edinburgh city centre.

Key responsibilities of the Investment Administrator will include:

- Handle client calls and process telephone deals accurately
- Apply correct controls and procedures for each deal
- Maintain quality improvements through regular monitoring
- Manage and through to resolution

The ideal Investment Administrator will possess the following attributes/skills:

- Ideally telephone dealing experience and/or Financial Services operations background
- Strong administrative skills, keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, liaise with clients and internal clients
- Computer literacy together with a working knowledge of Microsoft office products, particularly Excel is an essential skill set for this role
