Investment Accountant - Private Equity - London

INVESTMENT ACCOUNTANT - PRIVATE EQUITY - LONDON

CONTRACT - £300 - 3 MONTHS - PRIVATE EQUITY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.

An exiting opportunity has arisen in a well established asset management firm.

The Financial accounting role in LONDON pays £300 a day and has the opportunity to go permanent at the end of the contract. The successful candidate will join the alternative investment accounting team and so requires someone with prior investment accounting experience. The role focuses on Private equity reporting and accounting with a strong focus on reconciliations. The position reports directly to senior management and offers possible contract extensions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Qualified Accountant (Applications welcome from Part-Qualified candidates)
- Private Equity experience
- Good knowledge of UK GAAP; + SORP/COLL regulations
- Fund Accounting experience
- Asset management/Investment banking experience.
