Skills:
3 - 5 years related business experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related Logistics discipline - Procurement and/or Production/Inventory Control Management or at least five years of related experience. Previous Inventory Planning (Service Parts) experience strongly preferred. Advanced Excel Skills Results/solution oriented - ability to develop and maintain schedules; set prioritization and work independently wit minimal supervision. Decision-Making/analytical capabilities: demonstrates the ability to collect and analyze data, consider alternative courses of action and select the best one. Fluent in English (written and oral communication). Ability to work constructive under pressure in stressful environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Exhibits a strong sense of urgency
Responsibilites:
1. Decision making around investment in inventory (new buy); repair requirements and forecasting.
2. Provide solutions and decision making around identified problems/trends
3. Development and decision making around inventory management processes in order to optimize the use of assets while supporting Service Level requirements
4. Develop networks, alliances and relationships with internal and external contacts within and across functions and organizations to achieve common goals.
