Inventory Control Analyst - 2nd Shift Job

INVENTORY CONTROL ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in GROVE CITY, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS

- Cycle Counting
- Knowledge of Oracle based I/C software programs, familiarity with MS Office

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Cycle count manufacturing material
- Enter material transactions
- Investigate and clear receiving errors
- Verify scrap on work orders before disposal of part
- Process receipts from materials sent to outside vendors
- Ship and receive material transactions in Oracle - must be at least familiar with Word, Excel & Outlook
- Review and complete work order transactions
- Assist team with business plan and support of business commitments
- Assist team with any other projects and business initiatives as they arise

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ability to work in a fast pace, high intensity environment, while spending the majority of time on the shop floor
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and team building skills
- Strong process improvement skills using lean problem solving tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings/specification and manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge of safety agency regulations
- High School Diploma or GED and four years prior work experience in a manufacturing facility
