Intranet Project Manager (Dutch & French speaking) - Brussels, Belgium

Languages:
DUTCH and FRENCH

Skills and experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Corporate Intranet within a large organisation
- Familiar with SharePoint and proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication skills, being an expert in negotiating and convincing and you have very good relationship skills.
- Passionate about communication trends and familiar with digital evolutions in the market.

Description of work:

- Provide support on the complete renewal of the existing corporate Intranet portal.
- Manage a large Intranet project. The project has already concluded its start-up phase and now it needs to be continued and implemented.
- Responsible of the planning and the follow up of the project.
- Provide clear documentation and report while liaising with the different internal stakeholders.
- Where necessary, you will also follow-up with external providers.
- As a communication expert, you will provide help in the communication plan for the project.
