Our client, a major Pharma global player is currently looking for an INTRANET MANAGER for a 12 months contract in Basel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Designing/implementing measures in the area of configuration, change, release management and respective processes and standards
- Evaluating, recommending and implementing tools and systems for configuration management, change management and release management
- Processing and implementing of change requests. Coordinating the changes during creation, testing and implementation.
- Manage a global network of responsible Intranet coordinators in units, functions and affiliates
- Guide and lead Intranet coordinators of global functions, units and affiliates and support them to grow
- into their roles to own and govern their respective intranets accordingly
- Serve as coordinator/owner of global tools, intranets or collaboration sites as part of the overall network of coordinators where appropriate
- Serve as a project manager and in this capacity coordinate the work of interdisciplinary teams assigned to projects
- Maintenance and oversight of Group Umbrella; performance of daily publishing including time-sensitive news, confidential announcements
- Digital image management including sourcing of photos, image optimization for the web, maintenance of photo archive, ensuring knowledge of image standards for the web among publisher community
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert in managing and implementing intranets or collaboration software
- Expert in understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Understanding of top level business strategies and organizational structures
- Project & Change management experience is a must
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
MISCELLANEOUS:
START: May 2015
END: 12 months Contract
Workload: 100% onsite in Basel
English is compulsory, German is an asset
