INTERVIEW LOGISTICS COORDINATORneeded for aFULL TIME CONTRACTopportunity supporting Yoh RPO's client located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Organizing and coordinating the scheduling process for the client

Coordinating travel and logistics for onsite interviews as needed

Maintaining compliance to company and federal requirements in relation to the interview scheduling process

Working with the internal team and the client to improve current interview scheduling processes

Processing candidate expense reimbursements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE: HS Diploma with HR related experience or Administrative Assistant experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources or Administrative field

Outstanding customer service and resolution capability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility in order to meet customer needs and deadlines is a MUST

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications: 

Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to work well under pressure

Experience with calendar management and interview scheduling
